Terms of Service

By creating a Wingly account you agree to use the service lawfully and respectfully. You are responsible for the content you send.

Your account

Each account receives one unique Wingly Number. Keep your credentials secure. Accounts that harass, scam, impersonate or spam others may be suspended or banned.

Subscriptions

Paid plans unlock cosmetic birds, animations and customization. Paid plans never change how fast a message is actually delivered — all messages are delivered in real time on every plan. Subscriptions renew until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time from Settings.

Content and moderation

Reported users and messages are reviewed by our moderation team. We may remove content or restrict accounts that break these terms.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account.
